My name is Brenna, a.k.a. Kill'er Bee. If you know me, you know I LOVE to skate. I have loved to skate from the moment I first stepped onto the derby track in 2011 as a brand new skater, knowing absolutely nothing (I couldn't even stop). But even then I knew, if I could skate all day, every day, I would.
In March of 2015, I will begin my dream.
I will be skating with my teammates, the Ark Valley High Rollers, 2,700 miles across the southern coast, in 78 days, via States on Skates!
We are challenging ourselves with this gruesome adventure because we want to fight to support the end of abuse, neglect and violence. We will be raising money the entire way for this wonderful organization, the Joyful Heart Foundation. You can donate to them in my name, Brenna Eaker, here.
For me, I couldn't feel any luckier to be taking this trip. I just bought a one way ticket to Orlando! If my legs don't break beneath me, I will end in Santa Monica, California, in the middle of May.
I am so appreciative of anything you have to give, either to me, or to the Joyful Heart foundation , and I thank you for caring about my dreams.

Where your money will go:
$500-$700 plane tickets
$500 stroller to push (for gear) the entire 2,700 miles.
$550 skates
$400 tent, sleeping bag, mat, camping misc.
$200 skate accessories (laces, toe stops, bearings, wheels)
$500 lodging (when we cannot find camp grounds)
$1,600 Food
$550 misc. costs this will arrise
If there is any money left after costs, it will be donated directly to the Joyful Heart foundation
