Lawyer for Child custody

My son has been the victim of child abuse (4th degree) and I need to retain a lawyer.  Any help is greatly apreshiated.

Our story:  *Has been edited to give the abuser "privacy" by not calling them out directly. 

This  past weekend my son went camping with the person who abused him . (I had no clue I though he was at his grand parents house) Around the time I expected him home I got a call from the state police and the person in questions x-girlfriend telling me he was getting arrested for punching my son in the back after shoving him to the ground in front of multiple witnesses. I was shocked. I got in my car and made the 1 1/2 hour journey to get my son.

That night I laid with him in bed and felt like I failed him. I promised myself as a child that my children would never be abused, I let my guard down and failed.

I went to CPS back in 2012. Told them The person in question was abusive to me and my son,  and nothing was done. I did the only thing I could and put my son and I in counseling.
