FANA Orphanage, trekking Machu Picchu
This is a charity project for FANA, an orphanage in South America, Colombia, organised by Fabian Ring. The aim is to raise money for essentials to help provide for the orphans. FANA is a non-profit organization that provides a home, early education and nutrition for orphans.
FANA needs diapers, baby bottles, baby spoons and pyjamas for babies. They use 250 baby bottles, and 50 baby spoons a day, and more than 9000 diapers a month.
Fabian was adopted out from this orphanage and would love to give back to the place that gave him an amazing life. Fabian is going to visit Colombia and FANA.
He is training for a five day, 60Km trek to Machu Picchu with his Sister and father, working towards raising $1000 and beyond. He would love you to donate for this great social awareness cause. Fabian leaves for Colombia on the 17th of August 2014
There seems to be TROUBLE WITH PAYMENTS using debit and credit cards. PLEASE USE PayPal ONLY. Otherwise donations can also be made to the account below and I will upload the amount and donor to the site:

Thanks David, rely appreciate your support and advice for my trip to Colombia. Hopefully this will make a difference to the lives of some kids in need
Well Done Fabian and good luck! I spend a lot of time in Colombia and it is one of my favourite countries in the world because of the people. Beautiful and Passionate People. But unfortunately these children suffer because of poverty and more sadly violence within the country. The money we give to organisations like this DOES make a difference because it goes straight to the cause. Common friends give a little bit! They are kids that need a little help!
