Help these children go to school

Donation protected
Nirob and Niloy are two young brothers who live in Dhaka, Bangladesh-an area rife with extreme poverty. They are from a loving family, but one who can only afford to feed themselves on alternate days. The boys were doing well at school, but unfortunately had to be removed due to their parents lack of money for school fees. Their father is sick and is no longer able to work in his heavy labour job (in a country where health and safety is minimal, and where the heat is extreme), and their mother has, so far, been unable to find work in an area where jobs are scarce.

The responsibility for raising this money has fallen on the boys aunt and uncle, who are both paralysed from the waist down. The aunt's injuries were sustained when she jumped from a garments factory that was on fire, a number of years ago.  These incidents are, unfortunately not uncommon.

Despite their disabilities, concern for their nephews drove this couple to go without, to pay for a few months of schooling. However, the combination of disability and poverty has proved this to be a short term solution only, and so the boys are now unable to access any education.

The family want nothing more than to see their boys educated and happy, to give them the best chance to escape poverty and to have a happy and healthy future.

Please help us to raise the money needed to send them back to school, to reunite them with their classmates, and to gain an education.

The total cost of a years schooling for both children, with uniforms, supplies and everything included is £400.  Any amount whatsoever, no matter how small, will help us to reach this goal, and would be so gratefully received.
