Book donations for at-risk schools

Hello! We are raising money to fund various community service projects, to celebrate nine years as a troop, and to graduate middle school with a group trip. We’re hoping you will support our book-a-thon to raise money to fund the community service projects, the trip, and help bring resources to at-risk children at the same time.
For every $1 you fund us, we pledge to donate a book to an at-risk school in our area. Our responsibility will be to find books in the community, organize them by age level, box them up, label the boxes, and transport them to the teachers at these schools for distribution.
The books will be donated to two schools in a neighboring town:
Stoneman Elementary School in Pittsburg, CA

We’ll make sure to send you photos of our progress collecting books. So please pledge what you can and share our campaign with your family and friends, if you don’t mind. Every $1, or $5, or $50, or $100 or more helps our troop and kids in need. We are grateful for your help with our project, and excited to fund our community service, our trip, and help kids in nearby schools receive books to read!
UPDATE: As of November 22, we have donated 3,358 books to these two schools! The books that went to Parkside Elementary School were gone in 40 minutes! Between the two schools that's 2.5 books each!
