Help Restore the Garden at Gilardis

We have spoken with James Martin, owner of Ristorante Gilardis, he is very appreciative of everyones efforts. But he would like to take this negative situation and make it positive. He has asked that we donate 25% of the funds raised from this campaign to Springfield Urban Agriculture Coalition and 25% of the funds raised to the Fairbanks. This just goes to show his kind, generous and civic minded heart.

As many of you know the garden at Ristorante Gilardis was vandalized on September 22nd. Ristorante Gilardis is a local small business, that works hard to support other local businesses. They are known for growing the majority of their own produce, so this act of vandalism is a hard hit for the owner and his employees. This campaign is to help restore the garden and help off set for the loss of produce that encored. We will also be organizing a work day in the garden in the near future.
