BMR Watch is an unincorporated association of a group of individuals who have proven their share holdings in BMR Group PLC and who have come together with a common interest and aim, other than to make a profit.
The funds raised will be used to seek written legal opinion about the circumstances surrounding BMR Group PLC's delisting from AIM and other matters of concern.
The funds will not be used for any other purpose and any excess funds raised will be refunded fairly amongst those who have contributed.
