BSA Eagle Project_Blake's Bark Park

Hi, my name is Blake with BSA Troop 16 in Franklin, TN.  I am a Life Scout, trying to reach the highest rank within BSA, which is the rank of Eagle. To do this, I need to complete a service project, and I have chosen to build an “off-leash” dog park inside Trinity Park. There are few dog parks in the Franklin area but a lot of dog lovers! This project will impact the community in a positive way by providing a great place for dogs and their owners to interact with each other in a safe area. This park will allow dogs be off leash and explore alongside with other dogs their size. The park will have two fenced in areas plus a common entrance area. The common area will lead to two sections, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. I need to fund 1185' of fencing, 160 posts, 3 gates, 160 bags of concrete, and many boxes of staples.
