Pregnant woman shot & paralyzed

Benita ,29, SHOT BY HUSBAND. But for a divine miracle by God, a 29-year-old of mother of one, would have to live with the rest of her with a heart breaking disability. Allegedly, shot in the chest at close range by her husband of four years, Benita Dankwa, a supervisor at Asky Airlines in Tema, is now bedridden. The then heavily pregnant Benita met her tragic experience when she was allegedly shot by her husband whom she dated for five years before their holy matrimony fours ago on August, 15, 2015, whilst asleep in their Tema home. The mother who delivered her now four month old baby through cesarean section, unthinkable woke up on that fateful day in the morning only to unravel a hole in her chest as a result of the gun shot. Benita's neihgbours say, they heard a gunshot in the wee hours of that day but did not bother to find out what was amiss. Though, they were confronted for help by Benita's husband, one Effort, a teacher in Tema, in the morning of that day to convey her wife to the hospital, little did they know that the fruit of the strange gunshot was the assistance they were being sought for. The hitherto, beaming lady, who was excited to have married a man of her same Jehovah witness faith, is not only incapacitated but unable to take care of her bouncing baby boy. Sobbing Benita, who could go about her daily activities in the past without help is now at the messy of a urinary catheter attached to her urinary tract to pass urine. Apart from heart throbbing bed sores around the region of her buttocks, Benita now visits nature's call through the help of diapers, a phenomenon with the aged. Due to the heart rending spectacle, Benita's mother, a 54-year-old wife, is now a full time care taker of her daughter n her grandson. To add salt to injury, the alleged monster husband is said to be in a romantic relationship with his concubine whilst his wedded wife battles to do the daily normal life activities as a result of his own alleged wickedness. When asked about what she misses so much, Benita minced no word, when she stated" I missed walking and working". Indeed, she missed those daily routine activities, we can only pray and hope that Benita, a victim of a husband's wickedness would be highly favoured by God so that she could regain fitness to go about her normal activities. In the meantime, Benita, need help so let's all contribute and help wipe away tears from this young woman's eyes. Interestingly, the alleged wicked husband was only arrested, cautions and set free, we hope the police would do their lawful job, now that the public eyes are watching.
