Bellino Adoption

For about as long as I can remember I have wanted to be a mom. I knew in high school that one day would adopt, but thought that would happen along with having children of my own. It’s funny how we make these plans for our lives and, and God sometimes laughs and says I have other plans for you. I know that my plan for my life did not have me being single at the age of 41 longing to be a mom, but I truly believe that everything that has happened in my life has led me to this point— so close, yet at times it feels so far, to seeing my dream to be a mom come true. 

Last April I started the adoption process and finished all the paperwork required to be an actively, waiting, hopeful adoptive mom in January. At the end of January I found out that I was chosen by a mom having a baby boy in May. 

I am am beyond excited and am doing everything I can to be as prepared to welcome beautiful new life into my home. As part of my my adoption process, I have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $30,000-$50,000 or more. This is why I started this page, to help ease the financial burden that is so overwhelming.
