I want to introduce baseball to the kids of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Baseball has been my passion for the last 60 + years. I am more than willing to donate my time and money to this cause. While at an event for the kids yesterday, I asked about putting on some clinics for these and any other kids interested and received a great response from 10 of the kids. They were very excited to learn a new game. Currently I have some equipment I bought on my last trip to the states, some balls, bases, couple of gloves, a batting tee and a bat. This is sufficient to get started but would like to have more gloves and other equipment because I think this will continue to grow as the word spreads. I have met with a few principals from the schools here and they seem ready to help me promote my idea. I will print up some kind of flyer to help us move forward. Goal is eventually to have possibly a little league teams. Please help anyway you can and share with anyone that could help. Maybe someone could donate some equipment. Gracias, Steve FB name Phineas
