Beds for Christmas

Joe and his team at work are once again sponsoring a family this Christmas. For individuals that are dropping off the donations in person, contact is required to schedule drop off.
As Joe spoke with the father of our family, the man asked if they would be providing beds. These parents have been sleeping on their apartment floor in sleeping bags. Their children (ages 3 and 5) on an old couch their neighbors gave them.
As we all know, beds are not cheap. However, what seems like such an everyday, essential item is a luxury for so many famlies. These are our neighbors and they are spending the winter sleeping on the floor.
We understand that everyone seems to be asking for money year-end. But what seems like a small amount to you could make a huge difference for one family.
With your help, we plan to buy beds for the family. Brand new mattresses, box springs, and frames. Any excess raised will be used to purchase new bedding, pillows, etc.
We only have a short time to get this done. The drop off is scheduled for December 15.
