Hi, this is my Beautiful babygirl Kalea born on March 6,2016. Arriving to parents with a BIG surprise, an Extremely rare Geneticc disorder called Pallister-Killian Syndrome. Known to be only under 300 cases worldwide.ONLY case to be in the state of UTAH (My precious Kalea was chosen to be 1 of them). This syndrome has many characteristics. Kalea went through a Heart Surgery at just 7 days Old,diagnosed with Hearing loss, a malrotation in her intestine are just a few of the many .
She has many abnormalities which Drs. Don't have very much information on this syndrome as is not very common. They don't know what is going to happen with her, will she ever walk, talk, hear. Only time and she will show us. Having to see all kinds of specialist, medical equipment at home, medicines. Bills starting to pile up, I can not work and my husband has been cutting back on hours to be able to help with our other 3 kids while I'm going back and forth to her appointments.
