Taylor Oglesby's Memorial for Child

Taylor Oglesby was one of those people that you only have to meet once to have a lasting impression. He’s always been kind and compassionate and would do whatever was in his power to make his friends and family feel special. He had a very creative and free spirit and I’d definitely consider him an artist at heart.
Taylor had a special bond with a beautiful soul named Katie Hall. The two of them met in 2011 and fell in love. That love manifested itself into a little miracle who is now on his or her way. At the time of Taylor’s passing Katie was close to the 20 week mark of her pregnancy. She and Taylor were going to find out the gender of the baby on Monday July 18th.
Unfortunately, things don’t always go as planned…On July 12th the world lost a true artist, friend, and future father. Taylor passed away unexpectedly and many of our lives will never be the same. He will never be able to meet his future son or daughter and as tragic as that is, he will live on through their child.
As many of you know, children are no small responsibility. They require love, time, and money. With Taylor not being here to provide, we need to step in and help Katie and the future of Taylor’s lineage. We started this GoFundMe account to help ease the pain and financial toll that his absence will bring.
Being a parent is a lifelong commitment and a journey that Katie will start absent Taylor. Taylor can never be replaced but lets do what we can to fill some part off that void and ensure a positive start to baby Oglesby’s life. Please donate what you can, any little bit helps. Life is all about balance. We lost one amazing spirit but will gain another and in that, part of Taylor will live on.
