Tim Blessing Medical Fund

Tim has been in the gaming industry for 40+ years. Dealing and supervising from Las Vegas to Biloxi and back to Las Vegas at The Mirage. He is a cherished husband and father of two fantastic boys, a great friend and a man that would give you the shirt off his back if asked. On Sunday March 6th Tim clocked in at work, did his 8 hrs, clocked out and went home. Waking up the next day,his life changed. He had a fever, a headache and felt severely fatigued which rapidly escalated and had blue lines popping out all over his body. Fearing something was terribly wrong he was rushed to the ER in Las Vegas and initially diagnosed with sepsis which quickly progressed to severe septic shock and was admitted into Las Vegas ICU. After blood work was taken he was diagnosed with Nesseria Meningitis. On  Monday April 4th Tim was air lifted to a specialist hospital in Arizona where he was given massive doses of antibiotics which weakened his kidneys and he was forced to go on dialysis. His wife Becky drove from Las Vegas to Arizona to be by his side day and night. The infection had entered his bloodstream and destroyed the blood circulation in parts of his body in which the surgeons had no choice than amputate both feet,at the ankles, and the fingers on both hands. On top of that he has now developed pneumonia which has complicated matters even more and new surgeries are scheduled to try and save his hands and legs.Being heavily sedated Tim is unaware of the severity of his situation.Tim has a long rocky road ahead of him, not just with more surgeries but with the many months of rehabilitation to a completely different way of life that he had just over a month ago.Any assistance  that would help him and his family in this time of need would be greatly appreciated.
