Help for Dominica

This Sunday (December 3rd)I am flying into Dominica to do humanitarian efforts and help fix their water systems, after 90% of the island structures were damaged or destroyed during the passage Hurricane Maria. The reason I am putting this out, is that they need small hand tools, wrenches, hack saws, first aid supplies and other releaf items.  I will need an electrical tester and other handheld meters that I will be leaving behind.  Any support will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you
