For moving to a warm safe place

My asthma has been acting up lately so I'm going to have to make some medical appointments. I'm asking for some assistance while I try to find out what is going on with my lungs right now.

I'm also going to be homeless on Oct 19th. I'm asking for help for me and some rescued animals within the next week. Need moving and new place expenses. Don't want the dog to be put to sleep. I have to give her to the kennel if I don't receive anything, or enough to move to somewhere else. Thank you so much.
