I'll keep Ares' & Ariel's story short -- In 2013, I (Father) of Ares & Ariel - separated from their bilogical mom due to irreconciable differences...
I gave mom a chance, for one year, I supported the three of them, until the obvious misuse of support and neglect of our children was too apparent.
I would pick the children up or drop them off and beer cans would overflow from the trash, yet she would ask me to pickup groceries, milk, the basics, in which she received more than enough support from me for this not to be an issue. I'm sure you get my point without me going into an entire 'tell-all' regarding mom scenario, which for the childrens sake, we'll avoid.
Long story short, advance and fast forward to 2017, after I've had sole physical and legal custody of my children for over three years, she now wants sole physical custody after already signing over and losing such rights, due to being an unfit mother and sadly enough she has not changed one bit.
Mom simply wants to do a money grab, I will admit I've done well for myself, however the cost of living in California and lawyers are not cheap.
Round 1 in court cost me $30,000 ~ in 3 months or less, so I'm hopefull to raise the same amount and bury this in court once and for all.
So for all of you single fathers and mothers out there that understand where I'm coming from. I would greatly appreciate any help in this matter.
Any and all funds will be going directly to legal fees, to once and for all bury this matter. I will need $10,000 just for the initial retainer.

I will admit, I may not be the perfect parent, as I'm sure all of you single mother and fathers out there like me are very busy and understand the difficulties of lovingly raising wonderful children.
However I sure as hell do my best to make sure my kids are supported, happy, loved and taken care of.
