Fund for Honduras Medical Trip

Greetings,
My name is Valeria Duran. I am a pre-med student at the University of Houston. My dream is to one day be a pediatric oncologist. Recently, the Honors College at U of H announced that a few select individuals would be selected for a two week trip to Honduras. The trip would expose pre-med students to provide medical services in underserved communities. Fortunately, against all odds, I am one of the few students that gets to experience such a humbling opportunity. It will be a great opportunity for me since as a freshman, acquiring this experience will allow me to not only care for those that need help, but to also gain exposure and insight in a field that I love and am passionate for.
Every student needs to pay $2,500 by April 30, 2016. I need everyone's help to be able to meet this goal so that I may go to Honduras. I will be extremely grateful to anyone that can help contribute not only to this campaign and this experience, but also to my dreams and future. Again, I thank anyone that contributes to this fundraiser and all the money will go to paying that fee.
