We are the Christian faith communities on the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands. Palya!
We love Jesus Christ and we love to worship Him through inma (singing and dancing and preaching).
It is easy for us to feel isolated and alone in our remote locations. We believe we are part of the bigger Body of Christ in Australia and the world. We desire more connection and relationship with other churches in this great land.
We are seeking to raise $40,000 to put musical equipment in 8 Anangu chuch communities on the APY Lands.
More importantly, we desire to build relationships with other Australian Christians and churches to share our faith journey with.
This campaign will run for 4 weeks leading up to Christmas. It would be wiru (beautiful) to be able to present these Indigenous churches with the gift of worship equipment in time for Christmas!
In return, we want to give our most generous partners a gift. The opportunity to come and immerse yourself in Anangu culture and worship and to walk with us.
