Father sued by daughter

Jose, is 84 years old, with lots of medical complications.  He is a VET from Korea conflict, and worked as a draftsman for most of his life.  He worked until he had to retired because of medical conditions. 

His daughter decided to sue him to get her share of the home he has lived for the past 50 years.  His income is limited to SS and a small retirement, with this, he pays his mortgage, utilities, food and medications, etc. 

He has no discretionary funding to obtain legal services from an attorney.  He is in need of this contribution as soon as possible; the court date is near (December 13).  We have spoken with an attorney and she will take the case but she needs some money upfront to take the case.  This money will mean a lot to him, he will be able to stay in his home for the rest of his life.  If not, in order to pay her, he would be forced to sell his home and look for were to live.
