Alyssa's Adult trike

This is one of my twin daughters, Alyssa.  Alyssa and her sister Allison have special needs.  Because of this many things are difficult for them, such as riding a bike and the independance it can bring.  Then we found an adult tricycle.  My older daughter rides one to City College and we thought this would be an excellent choice for both Allison and Alyssa.   Sure enough they loved them.  On Saturday all three sisters headed to the mall to hang out and just have a fun time together.  What's a good time without pizza? So they stopped at Mt. Mike's by Fashion Fair.  They locked their bikes and went in to eat.  When they came out Alyssa's bike was gone.  Please help if you can.  I want her to know that the good people in Fresno far out way the  bad.

This is her sisters bike.  It will be about $500 to replace the bike, her helmit and get a new lock.
