Alex's New Wheels!

If you live in Cleburne, you know Alex Wilson.
Born with cerebral palsy, Wilson, 24, became affectionately known throughout the community several years ago by commuting around town on his three-wheel bicycle, designed specifically to meet his needs with balance and coordination.
Wilson is also known for his infectious, brimming smile.
But on Tuesday afternoon Wilson had no smile to show, and no bicycle to ride.
Overnight, someone apparently stole Wilson’s red bike — which is valued at more than $3,000 — while it was locked around his mailbox in front of his apartment building.
Wilson said without his bike he feels like a piece of him is missing.
“My bike means everything to me because the whole town helped me get it,” he said.
In 2015, Wilson lost his first custom-made bike when flood waters swept him and his bike into Buffalo Creek.
Two friends were luckily close enough to save Wilson, but there came a point when he had to let go of his bike.
