John Tanner's Seminary Tuition fund

I am John Tanner from Quitman TX. I have been a professional bass fishing guide for close to 20 years on Lake Fork in Texas. For many years I also competed in pro bass tournaments all over the country. God has graciously allowed me to use my fishing for a platform to tell people about Jesus in many places, for many years. 

I have since retired from the tournament scene and have been attending seminary at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft Worth TX for three years. God has placed the call on my life to go into ministry, and I am so thankful. I am still self employed as a fishing guide and go to campus once a week for Monday only classes. I am now working on my Masters (M.A.C.E.) Degree. I am just about half way through with my classes and looking forward to graduating in a couple more years. The money donated to this fund will help pay tuition cost, as well as for books and campus fees.

Please prayerfully consider supporting us again  this semester. Classes for the upcoming fall semester start in August and tuition will be due soon.

 I want to thank all of you who have been supporting me in this calling that God has put on my life. There has been many who have donated the last few years, and for that my family and I are extremely thankful. You all have been a huge blessing to us! Without your help it wouldnt have been possible for me to attend seminary, so God bless you!
