Adopting Isaac and Kaylee

I first got custody of my two cousins, then 2 yrs old and 7 months, through DHS as a foster parent.  After four months, I was given legal guardianship to get them out of the system.  I've had them for 20 months, now. We recently learned that my mother has lung and brain cancer and has very little time left.  I want to get the adoption started, so that it eases her mind about what will happen to the children. And I want to secure their future so that they never again have to live surrounded by drug abuse and domestic violence. I have funds for court costs, but need help with the $1000 retainer.
