Adaptive equipment needed

Hi my name is Clark. I have Duchenne Muscular Distrophy, this condition does not allow me to physically use my arms and legs. I recently had a piece of equipment, called  EyeTech, malfunction and is no longer usable.  This equipment allowed me to be actively social by giving me access to using a computer for  a large range of activities on my own. This piece of equipment allows me to escape the four walls of my room in times when I am unable to leave due to my current condition.  I am trying to raise money to buy this piece of equipment as soon as possible. Getting this equipment will allow me to keep my independence and freedom intact.  Thank you for your consideration and help.
