Activate! Omaha: Activism Workshop
Donation protected
As a fundraiser to help cover event costs for the Women's March on Omaha, the March is joining forces with Suit Up Nebraska to present an activism workshop from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 21 at the CenturyLink Center in downtwon Omaha.
This informative workshop will give attendees the tools they need to affect change, influence decisions and help save our great nation.
The workshop will feature Jane Fleming Kleeb, BOLD Nebraska, Brad Ashford, former U.S. Congress Representative for Nebraska District 2, and MJ McBride, Agency Partner of Rebel Interactive. Kathleen Burke, of Suit Up Nebraska, will moderate.
Attendees are asked to donate $10 (before Jan. 17) or $15 (after Jan. 17) donation. Donations will help cover expenses for the Women’s March on Omaha and Women’s March on Washington – Nebraska.
Any remaining funds will be donated to Nebraska-based, women-focused nonprofits.
Scholarships available — contact us (privately) if you'd like to know more.
If you're able, consider funding a scholarship by donating $20 instead of $10. Put "scholarship" in the comments.
