Giving a helping hand to Linda Silk
This fund was originally started for our dear friend and co-worker, Linda Silk, who was diagnosed with breast cancer over two years ago. While Linda went through treatment she was full of optimism and always had a smile on her face. She endured her surgeries and chemo like a trooper, wanting to get better for her beloved daughter Jennifer and grandson Hunter. She did get better and returned back to work. I just found out yesterday that the cancer came back and there is nothing the doctors can do but make her comfortable. With my heart filled with sorrow this fund is to help her family with the final arrangements. May God take her in his loving arms and may he watch over her family. For all that know Linda may we keep all our wonderful memories of her in our hearts.
We may become like the angels themselves, helping others who are in need. In prayer and service our lights will always shine. Service is the oil to our lamps generated by compassion and love. (Embraced By The Light by Betty J. Eadie)
Linda's family would like me to extend their gratitude for the donations in advance.
