Hey everyone!

My 6 year old niece has recently been diagnosed with Wilms Cancer in her Kidney, lung and liver at Alder Hey children's hospital.
This little beauty has a mighty fight ahead of her which she will smash with flying colours!

Each day she's having different tests done and multiple bloods taken which is scary even for the bravest of us but she just lets the doctors do what they need to because she wants to get better.

Aaliyah used to have a hamster and 2 cats which have had to be re-homed ready for her return home as she fights the nasties in her body and recovers from each Chemotherapy treatment.

All she is asking for is a pug puppy for when she's fully better, she has already chose the name Rosie and what the colour of her collar should be (Pink and sparkly) typical princess vibes.

It would be a dream come true if myself and her family could surprise her when she is completely better after her months of treatment to come.

So please if you can spare anything towards this lovely lil pooch for her and towards expenses to come we would all be eternally grateful.

Thank you so much for your time and support!
