Local Hero Needs A Miracle

Hello there! Kevy here. Most know me as the guitarist who creates charities for others each year, and many have asked why I couldn't do my annual #CancerResearchGuitarathon this year. I hope some know me for my music too, but the most important thing to me is finding ways to use my music to help my community/the world, like this:

You'd think a guy who raised $42k for cancer research could get out of a bind of his OWN, but that's why this is so hard; For the first time in my life, I need urgent help myself.

THE STORY:
I am a full time teacher. My dog, 'Little Girl', is the light of my life. This year, she has started going blind, which has created new challenges for us both. She needed a biopsy (expensive but thankfully negative) but most recently she acquired a serious infection requiring blood tests and medications. I spent thousands on vet bills, but thought we'd both be OK because I had a great summer job lined up.

INSTEAD I FOUND OUT:
My summer job isn't happening, and THEN, THE NEXT DAY, FOUND OUT I'M BEING EVICTED! Not because I did anything wrong, but because the landlord wants to move his family in. All this, while struggling with excruciating kidney stones and a Hiatal Hernia while my car needs various repairs. 

I've spent the last month scrambling to find more work, but there simply isn't TIME. I have to swallow my pride and ask for help. This is only a temporary problem, as I'll be teaching full time again once school starts, but I need your help right away.

THE DEAL:
I'm still going to spend summer working as constantly as I can, but to do this, I need help immediately. Your gift will go towards:
1.) Moving & Storage expense, & car repairs. 
2.) Critical follow up medical treatment for Little Girl. It simply can't wait.
3.) Making sure I don't lose my health insurance & phone this month.
4.) Continue trying to make the world a better place.
