A Soldier's Child Foundation Book Drive

The Soldier's Child Summer Camp Book Drive's goal is to provide "Wonders of the USA /Shine-a-Light" books to children of fallen soldiers at A Soldier's Foundation 9thth Annual Journey Summer Camp that takes place June 30 - July 6. These are children from all over the USA who have lost a parent in active duty. I hope these books will be a reminder of the great land their parent died to protect and give them a memento to bring home, reminding them of the connections they made to other Gold Star families at camp and that they are never alone.

These books will be purchased from Usborne Books & More through funds from this site and a 50% matching funds percentage from Usborne Books & More. They will be delivered to A Soldier's Foundation in Smyrna, Tennesse and distributed to the children as they sign in at camp on June 30th.

If any donations are raised above the price of the books, a keychain flashlight will be provided as well. Any excess beyond that would go directly into the Soldier's Child Foundation.
