A little help would be appreciated

This is hard to ask, but I need your help. I'm always doing for others to help in any way I can, but in doing so much for others, I now find myself in a bind. I've taken out loans to help family with medical issues, and paid bills for family who are struggling, and in doing so I've put myself in a position where I can't afford to do for myself and my family. It's only temporary until I can get caught up, but unfortunately I can no longer help others. I've gotta help myself. But any help we can receive, we greatly appreciate it.
