A Healer For All Animals

Today, my husband and I found a squirrel close to death because of the frigid cold on the sidewalk in front of our home. We immediately grabbed a blanket, and I picked her up to warm her. We put her in a pet taxi, and I called the vet. They gave me the number of Amber Oldfield with Linn County Wildlife Rehabilitation. She did not hesitate in letting us bring this little squirrel to her. Amber took her out of the carrier and began treating her right then. She answered all of our questions with willingness and patience, and not one asked for anything in return.

Amber is a champion for animals and she does so voluntarily. She relies on donations, and my hope is to bless her infinitely more than she ever thought possible. She gives of herself and her time freely and willingly by opening  her heart and home to these precious creatures who would otherwise have no one.
