Since many years I'm practacing Yoga. It helped me to conect to my body and my spirit again. Now it is a essential part of my life und a great source of energy.

Now it happens often, that I'm sharing Yoga Sessions and I get very good feedback about my guiding. I would love to go into that and become a professional Trainer. I believe I've got something to share.
