Discipleship Training at Holmsted

This Fall I have the opportunity to be a part of Youth With a Mission's Discipleship Training School at the Holmsted Manor Campus in Cuckfield England. I'll be attending the school there starting September 5th (I leave on the 3rd!) until February 12th. The first 3 months of the school are lecture phase which is classroom setting at the manor. During the 3 months we'll be learning how to follow the example of Christ by growing in our relationship with God, applying biblical truths in our lives, and how to bring the good news of the gospel to the world as well as doing small weekend outreaches in the UK. The last 2 months are outreach phase where we'll travel to another country and put into practice everything we've learned during the lecture phase.

I know that this is where God is calling me to be right now and I’d like to ask you for your support. I’m eager to see what God has in store for me but I’ll be very out of my comfort zone and I can’t do this alone.

Please keep me in prayer throughout the school that I continue to have an open heart to hear what God wants to teach me. Also, pray for finances; the full cost of the school is $6,000. I have personally paid half already but that leaves me with $3,000 still to raise.
