Young People's Outreach Project Muheza

The Young People's Outreach Project - Muheza is bringing together young people from Herefordshire all the way across the globe to Muheza, Tanzania to share their stories of love and loss. Seven young people, Eleri, Henry, Lauren, Libby, Morgan, Sarah and Izzy know what it means to have family member in need of palliative care and willing to speak up to spread the voice of young people's need through bereavement. 
Linking together children and young people from Hope at St. Michael's Hospice Hereford to Muheza Hospice, Tanga the funds raised will support their travel costs. However, it will also provide a huge donation to Muheza hospice to continue the support for children and young people who have often lost multiple family members, or are living with HIV. The seven young people will also plan and fund a day out to the beach for 100 children, many of whom have never seen the sea before!
