Well pump needed for Humane Society

Humane Society of Pasco County recently had an emergency situation in which the well's pump had to be replaced for them to have water. Funds were not available for the $2,400 repair bill, but since the shelter cannot function without water, the money was loaned to the shelter, but the shelter needs to paid it back as soon as possible.
