As a resident of Macomb for more than 40 years,  I have lived in this wonderful community for most of my life.  With two grown children and a houseful of four-legged friends,  I have had a wide variety of jobs over the years:

Former Police Dispatcher
Former Probation Department Employee
Former Internet Safety Coordinator and Anti-Cyberbullying Advocate for Region
Western Illinois University employee
Small Business Owner
Freelance Writer/Columnist

While McDonough County is a wonderful place to raise a family,  the chaos and dysfunction we are witnessing in America is disturbing and profound. 

But women across America are standing up and speaking out.  As a proud democrat in a highly republican region, I am running for the McDonough County Board.

Getting the word out is critical to my campaign.  Fliers, signs, mailers are all must-haves.  I need your help to make a difference.  Will you help me?
