One last time to see Dad in NC

Hi, My name is Susan Learned and Ive been brought here today to ask for your help in raising funds to go see my dad one last time. His days are numbered and hes getting tired of fighting.  This is an urgent need, but hoping he will hang in there until Christmas or soon after as he loved Christmas.  I live in Boston Mass and He lives In North Carolina. Im severly disabled and no longer able to drive the distance that separates us nor am I capable of making the trip alone. So my request is such that my significant other Fred can also come and help me get from one place to another and drive me where I need to go.  The money that you share with me will cover airline fees, a rental car, gas and hotel accomodations as well as food for us. My Dad has been my rock for my entire life. Our mother, his wife died when she was 43 from breast cancer. I was 8 at the time. He was our constant when our world was falling apart. He kept on going for us and has been there for me when ever I needed him. It would mean the world to me  to  be able to see him one last time.  What does a Dad mean to a girl, to a woman.  In one word, he is the world.  He taught me and lead me to my faith to depend on God thru all trials from the death of my mom to attending and leaving a college program with dignity. Hes taught me compassion and commitment to friends and family.  As my body was falling apart on me..He was always there to listen and to pray for me when I had doubts about my future. He wasnt a wealthy man by any means, but he had and still has a heart of gold that has loved me unconditionally for my entire life. My dad also taught me gratitude. Your helping me get to see my dad one last time, to say goodbye for now, to reconnect after the last 2 years of being kept apart due to circumstances would mean the world to me. No thanks would ever be good enough for me to send to you, but they will come.  My heart would be full of your love and the help you have shared with me..while my heart was left with a huge hole in it from his passing.  To think of my dad finally being reconnected to his true love up in heaven will truely be a treasured memory.  In conclusion, You have my undying thanks just for reading this.  I know my dad would also be so ever grateful as well.  Again, Thank you.
