My VESA Volunteer Trip
Donation protected
Hi everybody!
My name is Sierra Lovell and I am from Corner Brook, Newfoundland. I am in my 3rd year of a Bachelor of Science with an Advanced Major in Chemistry at St. Francis Xavier University.
My goal is to fundraise enough money to cover the cost of my Volunteer Eco Students Abroad (VESA) trip. On June 25th, 2016, I will be travelling to the Fiji Islands to help provide remote villages with access to fresh water, restore local school equipment and teach English to primary school children. Furthermore, I will be helping to run basic workshops demonstrating proper hygiene techniques. After this, I will stay an extra 7 days to join a sea turtle conservation project and to help restore coral reefs.
Receiving funding for this absolutely amazing volunteer trip would mean so much to me. I personally cannot afford to pay for the trip myself because all of my money goes towards my university expenses. I am hoping that one day I will have a career that would allow me to participate in volunteer trips more frequently.
I thank everybody in advance for reading my story and for any donation that is made. Every dollar counts and this trip will make a difference in the lives of so many people.
Thanks again,
Sierra Lovell

Additionally, I will gratefully accept e-transfers as well to [email redacted] :)
