New heart bills, medication, travel

I'm 52 years old. I spent the last three months in the hospital with heart issues. Just as I was put at the top of the heart transplant list, complications (lung bleed) arose and took me right off the list. Now i'm preparing to go back on that list. Hospital bills, as you know can mount quickly. Medicare and medicaid don't cover everything. Not to mention the home health care I'm receiving and medications . Please help me get that new heart without having the stress of worrying being the first thing on my mind during my recovery.
