STHM's Senior Seminar & HootaThon

Montague-Ridall & Associates provides seniors in the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management with the opportunity to experience a realistic, professional work environment. Montague-Ridall & Associates is a student-run organization that is designed to prepare seniors for their future professional careers after graduation.  We strive to enter the industry as well-developed professionals who are prepared to perform while upholding the high standards of the industry. Our focus entails aiming to develop each associate’s personal brand by building their confidence and broadening their way of thinking.  This organization enables students to maximize their strengths and minimize weaknesses through experiential learning that will prepare each student for their future as an industry professional.     

Your donation to Montague-Ridall & Associates will help in providing the necessary funding needed to execute our 24th Annual Career Fair. The School of Tourism & Hospitality Management holds an Annual Career Fair, which is planned and funded by senior seminar students, for students within or interested in majoring in either Tourism & Hospitality Management or Sport & Recreation Management. The Career Fair provides students with an opportunity to exclusively network with industry professionals while simultaneously giving you exposure to future industry leaders. Students have found future careers and internships through networking with industry professionals at the Career Fair for the past 24 years.  

10% of your donation will not only benefit the 24th Annual Career Fair but will also go towards Temple University’s HootaThon. “ HootaThon is a fundraiser that raises awareness and funds for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.  HootaThon connects with Temple University students by uniting our campus as a whole and thriving off of the passion, achievements, and the commitment that Temple students have demonstrated to CHOP.” http://www.hootathon.org
