Rick Walter Memorial fund

This is a campaign to help raise money for the widow of Richard Walter. He was a wonderful man who loved his family and was a wonderful friend. He was a loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather. He will be severly missed. This money will go to help pay bills that were left behind and to help ease the monetary burden of his death on his wife he left behind.
