THE WISH:
Hello Everyone. It's FILMMAKING time. We're asking those who can, to assist us in the production of a short comedy film entitled Reesie's Pieces. Please make a love offering to help us shoot this comedy production. The story is a tongue-in-cheek farce centering around the ridiculous unrealistic world of courtroom TV and the tulmulctuous state of love, marriage, and SEX.
THE HOPE:
Emmy award-winning writer, Renee McClellan, wrote the script and we're directing together. We HOPE that you will join us.
THE DRAMA:
Reesie's Pieces is the story of a married couple whose relationship has grown somewhat stagnant. Upon the insistence of Shareese “Reesie” Hudson, they join a nudist riding group.

When her husband, David, is caught adjusting a female co-rider's front rack, Shareese’s jealousy leads her to making a few adjustments of her own - leaving him nude with only a turkey sandwich on rye.

THE RESOLUTION:
After dodging police and Saturday night spectators, he arrives home with his turkey sandwich dangling from his pole. To make matters worse, he peers through the window to find his wife in the arms of another man. This is where he exacts his revenge by dismantling Shareese’s prized bike and hiding the parts around the neighborhood. This situation has landed them in court for the case of Reesie’s Pieces.

UPDATE:
Decisions, decisions, decisions - so many decisions have to be made. The lighting has to shine on the character's dissolution. The set has to reflect the narrative of the character's plight, the camera angles must capture the character's emotional angst. The sound MUST reflect the character's inner rhythm.
Making a film can be an awesome exploration into our relatable experiences, but it is hard work. All of these elements of filmmaking are just as important as to who will be cast to play the characters.
