Radical Film Network Unconference

Over the 2016 May Day holiday weekend, Glasgow will host the Radical Film Network festival and unconference. This fundraising page is to support the (minimal) costs of the unconference , which will provide a space for people involved in radical film culture to meet up, share knowledge and materials, and reflect on their practice in connection to the events taking place during the weekend.
We have established a list of priorities that will be covered in order according to the funds we raise. These are:
1. Creche
2. Coffee & tea
3. Snacks/food
The University of Glasgow has kindly covered other venue costs (space hire and janitorial cover), while personal research funding from the Leverhulme Trust covered a training workshop for facilitators, lead by Tripod training.

Everyone is welcome to the event as a full participant, regardless of their ability to donate. But we do need donations, as the unconference does not have external funding.
For academic participants who are funded by their institutions, we have a suggested donation of £50.
For everyone else, please give if/what you can. Any amount will help to set up a welcoming, comfortable, and vibrant space for a couple of radical days!
