To Be the Very Best - Nats Footage

Hey Everyone,
We still believe that To Be the Very Best is a film worth creating and are determined to make it a reality!
For those of you who haven’t heard about To Be The Very Best yet, here are the basics:
My name is Wolfe Glick, the project leader and a 2-time U.S. Pokemon National Champion. I was recently given an offer I could not refuse: the chance to team up with Dan Karlok, a 2-time Emmy Winning Director, to create a feature-length documentary about the world’s most talented competitive Pokemon players. Through the film, we aim to bring the frenzied atmosphere, intense competition, and dynamic personalities that make Pokemon a story worth sharing.
The best course of action at this point is to take the project one step at a time, which means that our principal focus is getting Dan to U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis to begin filming. Once we have footage and can show how compelling a story competitive Pokemon is, we’re hoping that bigger sponsors will help support us in making a more complete documentary.
Dan has been so kind as to agree to film as long as we pay for his travel and lodging expenses. These include 4 nights at a hotel ($626), round trip airfare to Indianapolis ($492), transportation to and from airports, and other minor miscellaneous expenses, which bring the total to around $1,300.
We thank you in advance for your support in helping to give competitive Pokemon more exposure and sharing the experience of competing.
