What is Pig & Plant? We are local food. We are slow food. We are fermenters, picklers, and preservers of the seasons. We are a husband and wife team who are working towards a life long goal: a brick and mortar restaurant.
We want a space where we can share our food and ideas with our community. A place where our daughter can grow up, learn, socialize, and see us working towards our dream.
We are asking for our community to help us achieve this goal by donating to our cause. In return, we frequently have private dinners for our donators. It's a space where we can show you, our guests, what we are working on. A time for us to get to know the people who are facilitating our success. Hopefully, a space where friends are made, meals are shared, and you get to see us working up close.
