What if you did nothing wrong, yet some of your family told you that they didn’t want you in the community?
What if those people were elected public servants, and they used their positions to push you away?
What if you did everything you could to show them that they are wrong, but they still pushed you away?
What if you asked the government for help, and they just turned away?
What if all of it was about land and money? Greed?
How would that make you feel? Would you give up?
Not us. We’ve decided to fight the system. Unfortunately, that comes at a price.
The only way to fight this type of injustice is to call on Lady Justice herself: the Court System.
So we’ve had to hire some lawyers and throw money at the problem, and we have filed in the Federal Court of Canada.
Here is the name of our Federal Court Application (obviously not tried in Court yet): Federal Court File no. T-2107-16. It can be viewed online at the Federal Court Registry, Western Division.

Unfortunately, we are not made of money.
And that’s where you come in: please donate to our cause.
We are going to beat the system, and we are going to set a precedent for other people in the same disadvantaged situation.
Our case(s) will be used as examples for other people to use in Courts all across Canada; perhaps even yours.
Please help us to win. Please donate to our cause.
Your money will be used to fight (and win) our existing Court cases. Any money left over will be donated to other people needing money for Court in similar situations, and we will let you know where it goes. The more you donate, the more injustices will get fixed.
