medical for my cat

I resqued Franky when he was 2 years old he is now 14.I am 74 and my husband and I are old age pensions.Franky has earpolups in one ear .We had them removed about 5 years ago and it cost five hundred dollars I went to a vet with this picture. I was told it will be 79 dollars to bring him in and approx 700 dollars to have the polup taken out .If you look at the picture you can see that huge ball in his ear that is the polup .I have no money for the vet to have them removed.My husband is not well and our money goes on drugs for him and most of his drugs pharmacare will not pay for .So Franky is suffering wiht his ear.I clean that ear every day but he needs the polups removed again.otherwise he is in very good health he is a wonderful loving 15 year old big boy of 39 pounds a lap cat and indoor.Please help me to help Franky
