Operation Baby Drop is a project to initially support Cathia & Mitch in getting ready for having their baby and to find a place to call home.
Cathia is pregnent with her first child. Cathia has Aspergers and she is struggling with both dealing with Aspergers naturally and having a baby and the ups and downs of that and having baby hormones that are running wild through her body.
Cathia and Mitch would like to move out into their own place before the baby arrives, however at the moment if they were to save they would not have enough money to cover the bond and 1st months rent until 3 months after the baby is born
The funds being raise will to go toward Cathia and Mitch having bond and the 1st month rent so that they can be in their own place before the baby is due.
Cathia and Mitch are lucky because they have the support of family, however there are many young girls and young couples who are struggling on their own with no support of families. We see Operation Baby Drop as a opportunity to assist young girls and young couples dealing with pregnancy and social disorders, anxiety or depression to feel supported and not to feel they have to do it on their own and to know there is somewhere they can get the support they need from the community.
This will make such a difference for the two of them and I appreciate all of the support of their community of family and freinds.
